Currently  Coonmtn boasts 2 studs and here they are
CH Coonmtn Smoke On The Water   (AKA Scribbles)

Sire:- CH Quinsigamond Riverdance of Coonmtn.
Dam:- Coonmtn Silver Sonnet.
If this were a school yearbook, Scribbles would be the class clown: he's always "on",
a mischiefmaker but laidback and debonair when the mood comes on him - or a pretty bit of fluff crosses his bow.

Coonmtn Foxglove US Dream     (AKA Brian)
Sire:- Trillcatz Racin' With The Moon
Dam:- GR CH Excalipurrs Pizzicata of Hurklecat
Now Brian really is a world traveller, Racer met Pizzi right before she joined the Hurklecat cattery in the UK in Feb 2005,
so although his parents are American, he is a true Brit. It turned out that Brian did NOT like British Show Halls
and asked to immigrate, and he travelled in style last Oct with me, having his very own windowseat in a Delta 747.
He's been enchanting the queens with his tall tales ever since, maybe it's his accent.....

THE GIRLS
Here's Aggie - or more properly
CH Coonmtn Summer Wine

Sire:- CH Quinsigamond Riverdance
Dam:- CH Talshipp China Clipper of Coonmtn
This patch tabby girl came by her call name because she was one aggravatin' kitten. And time hasn't changed her any.
She has what we call 'tortitude' and since there are four queens here that are torties (tortoiseshells) or
torbies(patch tabbies), this makes for a very interesting if noisy cattery!

Next lady is Enchantacoon  Calamity Jane

Sire:- Acrith Rafael of Enchantacoon
Dam:- Willowplace Pandora of Enchantacoon
Calamity has come to us for the foreseeable future. Sort of like when a museum gets a painting on permanent loan.
And as lovely as a painting she is! We are grateful to Dawn Hunt of Koontyme for Her Majesty's presence.
She is a very loving girl and mentors all the kittens on the place whether they are hers or not.
The Empress Victoria of Coonmountain. And when she's not amused', all the other cats know it. And behave accordingly.
Here is Coonmtn Silver Sonnet

Sire:- Hurklecat Beau Nidle of Coonmtn
Dam:- Gingercats Londonderry Aire
Sonnet is the matriarch, dam of CH Coonmtn Smoke On The Water, Coonmountain's rising sire.
The torties and torbies may all squabble among themselves but nobody disturbs the serenity of Sonnet.
She moves about the cattery like an elegant duchess--or a poem.

Sonnet with her son  "Scribbles" the new stud - see above.
Here is Trillcatz Mystere of Coonmtn A K A Mysti-

Sire:- CH Coonmtn Ridin' High of Trillcatz
Dam:- Ch Beau Hello Marylou of Trillcatz
When Mysti arrived from Trillcatz out in Utah, she quickly informed me that she not only didn't do windows,
she also didn't eat kibble no matter how highly touted or, I might add, expensive.
Mysti didn't eat raw beef either or ordinary canned cat food--not even Fancy Feast!
She deigned to dine only on Hill's Prescription A/D. However, if the opprotunity presented itself,
she wasn't above sneaking off with a piece of pumpkin bread or cookies. Cottage cheese and cheddar
also have been known to disappear in her presence.

Finally - introducing Koontyme Aria of Coonmtn

Sire:- Enchantacoon Phoenix Rising
Dam:- Acadiacoons Whoop C Day Z
This lovely girl is known around here as Ari the Imp. I can just imagine her as a witch's familiar.
If there's a pot to be stirred or a revolution to be fomented, Ari is the ringleader.
I often wonder if one of her ancestors wasn't looking over Shakespeare's shoulder
when he was writing about Macbeth's witches.
Here's the newest Coonmtn girl - Daisy
